![]() Now if you are still getting that error, which to me looks like a memory access issue, apply some pressure to the connector and attempt upload again. You should do a download from the radio first, then update the channels in that tab, then upload to the radio. ![]() A couple things you might want to try is plugging in the USB with the radio off, then turning it on. First thing I did with the ones I got back was test it, and they all passed. Only one of the 4 had a clean connection. With the connector plugged completely in I still had to apply pressure to the upper portion of the connector in order to get good audio from it. ![]() I figured this out after buying some headsets and testing them on all my radios. I had to exchange 3 of these as I found out a week after buying them that the headphone portion of the jack didn't interface well. With that said these are great little radios for $30. These are cheap Chinese radios so just be aware of the manufacturing process and that you pay for what you get. I have 4 of those radios, and a USB cable I bought off Amazon.
